Overview of the project
This is a Skill Lab cohabitation platform to support young people and adult (which includes skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled) from institutions, organizations, and communities to help support problem solving ideas and generate the needful economic benefits. Various skill teams are given the needed opportunities to demonstrate their innovation and with support from coaches, a global problem is obtained to help members of the platform come out with better but simple and easy techniques solution. The innovation should be a simple community based solution where all similar skill teams can apply within their various Communities for nationwide success.

Framework for Ghana’s National Skills Exchange Platform
Executive Summary
Free Range Engineering Consult (FREC) is a Ghanaian-led initiative established to address the critical gap in international-standard technical, vocational, and high-tech industrial skill development across the country. With extensive international engagement in BRICS Future Skills Challenges (both Russia and Chinese divisions), WorldSkills Russia, and All Russian Professionals Movement, FREC seeks to establish a credible, hybrid Skills Exchange Platform to produce globally competitive professionals in both emerging and traditional skill domains.
FREC positions itself as a strategic solution to the failure of local institutions such as COTVET and WorldSkills Ghana to effectively integrate Ghana into international skills networks. We propose a new model that merges industry participation, academic rigor, and competitive skills development to create job-ready, globally credentialed youth.
